Thanks so much for shopping with Adrienne Shelford Illustration. Every order is packed with care from my home studio in Lancashire using eco-friendly materials wherever possible!

 

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following delivery options:

FREE UK SHIPPING: Delivery within 5–7 business days (depending on your location).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and other factors beyond our control.

Processing Times
All orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.
During busy periods, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience!

 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following delivery options:

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: £5 & delivery within 7–10 business days (depending on your location).

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER £50.

Packaging

Your order will arrive safely in:

Greeting cards: compostable sleeves + rigid mailers

Art prints: Shipped flat in sturdy mailers (or rolled for A3 and above)

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email me at hello@adrienneshelford.com and I’ll be happy to help.
Lost orders will be replaced or refunded once confirmed by Royal Mail.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order.
I’m always happy to help with replacements or refunds if an item arrives damaged.
